Tweens, teens and those with a soft spot for Australian pop rock and winners of television talent shows have had their wishes granted as Reece Mastin has announced one chunked up Australian tour.
The tour takes place throughout December and January and will be popping into Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Canberra, Townsville, Mackay, Gladstone, Bundaberg, Sunshine Coast, Lismore, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Forster Area, Sydney, Wagga Wagga, Albury and Geelong. Phew.
I gotta ask though, if you're gonna make that much effort to word up your fans, what about Darwin and Tasmania? People there like music, too and there have been some great budget airline carrier sales lately.
The shows are blanket all ages, presumably because Mr Mastin himself, like many of his fans, is not quite of age yet, despite songs that detail working for The Man and doing shots to lighten up, which makes him way more badass than myself because had I gotten into that kind of party business, I would have been too freaked to blow my own cover - but then, Mastin has sold more records than most people ever will so I have been justifiably pwned.
Tickets to shows go onsale from 4pm this afternoon, Wednesday 17 October.
