Cliff Richard is coming to Australia next February, bringing with him a back catalogue of hits that probably needs its own passport.
After 54 years and 250 million record sales, Sir Cliff will play Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Newcastle and Melbourne on his Still Reelin’ and A-Rockin’ tour, before finishing with an outdoor concert at the Sandalford Winery in Swan Valley, north of Perth.
Indisputably Britain’s greatest hit-maker of all time, with 123 hit singles under his belt, Richards dominated charts in the sixties with tracks like 'Living Doll' and 'Please Don’t Tease' before continuing into the seventies and beyond with 'Devil Woman' and 'We Don’t Talk Anymore'.
Born Harry Rodger Webb in India in 1940, Richard's career has included music, stage and screen success, with his last Australian tours seeing him play to around 100,000 fans.
Tickets go on sale Friday 21 September.
